Shifaa Garden Center Shipping Policy

At Shifaa Garden Center, we are committed to delivering your plants and gardening supplies in a timely and efficient manner. Below is our shipping policy:

Delivery Times:

  • Dubai: 1-2 Working Days
  • Abu Dhabi: 2-3 Working Days

Shipping Details:

  1. Processing Time:

    • Orders are processed within 24 hours of receipt. Orders placed after 5:00 PM will be processed the next business day.

  2. Delivery Schedule:

    • Deliveries are made on business days (Sunday to Thursday). Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

  3. Shipping Rates:

    • Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your delivery location and order size. Free delivery may be available for orders exceeding a certain amount (please refer to our website for details).

  4. Order Tracking:

    • Once your order is dispatched, you will receive an email confirmation with tracking details.

  5. Delivery Restrictions:

    • We currently only deliver within Dubai and Abu Dhabi. For other locations, please contact our customer service team for further assistance.
