Ques - How can I track my order?

Ques - Can I cancel an order after I have placed it?
Ans - If you went through our entire checkout process and confirmed an order, we may be unable to cancel it. This is due to our system immediately sending your order through to our fulfillment. This system allows a very fast delivery service to our customers. However, if you do need to change or cancel an order, please email us immediately with the subject line CHANGE or CANCEL and we will do our absolute best to carry out your request. Please keep in mind due to the current high volume of orders and customer service requests occasionally an order will be processed before the team has a chance to change it. We cannot guarantee a change of order after the order is placed so, please select your items carefully.
Ques - My plant or pot arrived damaged, what do I do?
Ans - We guarantee that every plant will arrive in good health. We take great pride in the care of our plants in our greenhouses as well as in the protective packaging we use to ship our plants.
Plants don’t love drastic changes to their environment, so some weariness or minor cosmetic blemishes are to be expected. It may take a few days or weeks for your plant to adjust to its new home and thrive.
We love our plants and want to ensure that you do as well! We will happily send you a replacement free of charge in the unlikely event that your plant arrives dead. (Please note: Repotting your indoor plant into a new container within the first 24 hours will void our 24 hours guarantee.)
If your plant arrived damaged, and your purchase was made less than 1 day ago, please capture a few photos of your damaged item. Then, contact Customer Support with your order number and photos of the damaged item so that we can best assist you.
Please note: Photos are required as proof of damage in order for us to help with your replacement.
SHIPPING
Ques - How long is shipping time?
Ans - All items are shipped with same day after placing an order via our website. Typical delivery time is around 2 days within Dubai or 3 days other emirates, delivery depends on your location, but we ask to allow 3-4 days. If your order does not arrive within those days, please contact us and we will make sure you are livening up your home by having a plantain no time!

Ans - Well Potted Plants adheres to highest industry standards in order to protect your personal information with the best security solutions, your credit card information and personal details are encrypted during transmission using SSL (secure socket layer technology), which is widely used on the Internet for processing payments safely.
Ques - My package went missing. What should I do?

Ques - Where do I enter my coupon code/store credit?
Ans - You can enter all codes during the Billing Information section during checkout.
Enter your coupon code in the section labeled, “Have a coupon?”, and be sure to click apply after entering your coupon code to update the total price.
Ques - I forgot to apply my coupon! Can you help?
Ans - Oh no! Unfortunately, we are unable to apply coupons to orders after they have been placed. If your code is still active, be sure to use it on a future order. If you have any further questions, please contact Customer Support.

Ques - Can I return plants?
Ans - While we do not accept plant returns at this time, we guarantee that every plant will arrive in good health, and all plants are guaranteed for 24 hours after arrival. (Please note: Repotting your indoor plant into a new container within the first 24 hours will void our 24 hours guarantee.)

Ques - Do you allow product exchanges?
Ans - At this time, we do not allow exchanges. If you’d like to return an item and purchase a different one, please feel free to contact Customer Support to start the returns process.
